HVAC Journeyman Electrician

Duration

Initial 6‑month contract with possible extensions.

Compensation

$50/hour – $64/hour

Work Requirements

US citizen, Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a VA HVAC Journeyman or Master (license required; copy to be submitted).
• 7+ years overall HVAC experience.
• Commercial HVAC experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Vienna, VA; preference for candidates within 45 minutes of the site for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates thorough knowledge, skill, and successful performance of mechanical job functions, including plumbing and HVAC.
• Manages and oversees mechanical operations.
• Performs strong technical maintenance on mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses a range of mechanical systems.
• Applies knowledge of state and local mechanical codes.
