HVAC Installer - Journeyman

Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field
• Ensure all work is completed with attention to quality and customer satisfaction
• Support and mentor less experienced team members when appropriate

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• PJ2 and/or RJ2 license required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to quality workmanship and professionalism

• Experience with gas and LP furnaces
• Boilers
• Central air conditioning systems
• Heat pumps
• Ductless and ducted mini-split systems
• Air handlers
• Variable-speed equipment
• Rooftop package units

$30-$49/hour based on experience
