Troubleshooting and Repair

Responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing residential electrical problems accurately and efficiently. Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards.

Customer Service

Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean working area, educating and offering appropriate upgrades, and effectively communicating with all internal and external customers.

Estimation and Invoicing

Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects. Document work completed with before and after photos.

Documentation and Safety

Demonstrate safe working practices and methods. Properly complete paperwork. Maintain a clean and professional appearance. Keep the company truck clean, inside and out. Keep truck inventory up to date.

On-Call Rotation

Maintain the on-call rotation. Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of residential Electrical Service background
• Must have an Electrical license
• Exceptional technician, intuitive, hardworking, fast, efficient, no problem wearing a uniform, willing to learn our system, can keep a truck well organized - 'what next' attitude!
• Necessary tools, knowledge & drive to exceed industry standards
• Able to climb in and out of box trucks and vans, able to lift over 75 lbs, and work in tough environments like the summer heat & winter cold.

• USD $75,000.00/Yr.
• USD $120,000.00/Yr.
