Joint Training Program Manager

About the role

Constellation West is bidding on recompeting Joint Exercise, Training, Assessment and Related Support for USSTRATCOM/J7. Qualified incumbents will have the Right of First Refusal (ROFR) for applicable positions, contingent upon continued eligibility, performance, and government approval.

Responsibilities

• Manage training program development and execution
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define training objectives and metrics
• Develop and maintain training materials and resources
• Oversee training delivery and assessment processes
• Monitor and report on training outcomes and effectiveness
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Onsite at Offutt AFB, NE
• 3+ years of training program management experience
• PREFERRED: Joint Training System experience

• Strong project management skills
• Experience with IT engineering services and solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
