About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing joint operations readiness activities at MacDill AFB, FL. This position requires a deep understanding of tactical systems and readiness processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate joint operations readiness activities across multiple agencies.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational readiness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of readiness efforts with broader mission objectives.
• Lead assessments and evaluations of readiness capabilities and make recommendations for improvement.
• Manage resources effectively to support readiness initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of joint operations and readiness processes.
• Experience with strategic planning and implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field such as military science, operations research, or a related discipline.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
