About the role

Responsible for leading joint operations readiness initiatives, ensuring effective communication and coordination among various military branches. Oversee readiness assessments and develop strategies to enhance operational readiness levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate joint operations readiness initiatives across multiple military branches.

• Ensure clear and effective communication channels are established and maintained.
• Develop and implement training programs to improve readiness skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of readiness efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as military science, operations research, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in joint operations readiness, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of military operations and readiness standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of relevant software tools and systems used in joint operations readiness.

Pay
