Joint Operations Readiness (Senior) (C) - S-Trig with Security Clearance

About the role

The Joint Operations Readiness (Senior) supports planning and execution of joint SOF training and readiness events, contributing to exercise design and operational integration.

Responsibilities

• Support joint exercise planning and execution.
• Develop training scenarios and objectives.
• Cook up coordination across joint/interagency partners.
• Support readiness assessments and reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years SOF experience.
• Former E-7+/CW2+/O-3+.
• 3+ years JTS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.

Skills

• Exercise control (EXCON) experience.
• Training development and scenario writing.
