About the role

Responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. Oversee project timelines and ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in the design and development of software applications
• Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers to align project goals and requirements
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
• Experience leading a team of developers
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL)
• Experience with software testing and quality assurance
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

$80,000 - $90,000 annually
