About the role

Responsible for leading a team of software developers in designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications. Oversee project timelines, manage resources, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other engineers to define and implement project requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Ensure security best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in regular stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to keep the team aligned with project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
• Proficiency in at least one full-stack technology stack (e.g., React.js, Node.js).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
