Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, in collaboration with the NHS Leadership Academy, invites Band 8A clinical and non-clinical leaders from external trusts to join a 9-month transformative leadership development journey.

About the role

This programme is designed to empower leaders to strengthen their impact, drive meaningful quality improvement, resolve challenges effectively, foster inclusivity, and lead teams through uncertainty and complexity.

Programme Structure

• 3 immersive workshop days
• Monthly online sessions for continuous growth
• Interactive leadership development sessions
• Impact groups for collaborative learning and peer support
• Approx. 5 hours of flexible study time per week
• Online study modules covering essential leadership topics
• Access to extensive online learning resources

Schedule

• Induction Date: 14th July 2025
• Workshop Days: 5th & 6th August 2025 and 3rd March 2026
• Location: Hybrid (mix of in-person and online)
