Board Governance

• All sessions and reviews with nonprofit organizations are being held virtually over web conferencing platforms. This is currently a remote volunteer opportunity!
• Executive Volunteers have expertise in one or more of the following areas:
• Nonprofit Administration
• Financial Management/Auditing
• Board Governance/Board Development
• Organizational Assessment
• Business Process Analysis
• Policy and Procedure Development
• Strategic Planning/Strategic Financial Planning
• Fund Development
• Human Resource Management
• Volunteer Services
• Evaluation/Outcome Measures
• Marketing and Communications
• Information Technology
• Teaching/Public Speaking
• Executive Coaching

Requirements

• Ideal candidates for our Executive Volunteer Corps may have a minimum of five years of experience at the senior management level, having served as executive directors, chief executive officers, chief financial officers, CPAs, chief operating officers, human resource managers or board members.
