About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and help businesses achieve GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulation compliance through our easy-to-use cookie consent platform.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in setting up and customizing cookie consent banners for their websites.
• Implement granular cookie control, including auto-blocking third-party cookies and setting cookies based on user preferences.
• Automate website scanning to generate detailed cookie audit reports and detect/auto-categorize cookies.
• Manage foolproof consent, including geo-targeting banners, recording user consent logs, and integrating with Google Consent Mode.
• Provide support for free policy generators, helping users create custom privacy policies quickly.
• Guide customers through compliance processes to minimize legal risks.

Requirements

• Experience with web technologies, CMS platforms, or HTML/CSS customization.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, or POPIA.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assist customers with technical setups.
• Excellent communication skills to guide users through compliance processes.
