About the role
We’re looking for a Media Supervisor who is comfortable in both the strategic and tactical aspects of media planning and buying. This role is part of our talent pool, so when the right opportunity arises, you’ll be ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, programmatic, and traditional platforms, adjusting strategies in real time based on performance data.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business challenges and presenting innovative media solutions aligned with their goals.
- Translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations and clear, compelling stories for non-expert audiences.
- Mentor and develop junior talent, providing both hands-on support and professional development.
- Resolve conflicts and performance issues with professionalism and care, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Tackle underperforming campaigns with thoughtful, data-backed solutions, adapting to shifting priorities and evolving media landscapes with an AI-forward mindset.
Requirements
- 5+ years of media planning and/or buying experience, with preference given to agency experience.
- Proven expertise in programmatic media and DSP platforms, delivering campaigns that drive ROAS and conversions.
- A strong grasp of current media trends and best practices, with a natural inclination towards integrating AI tools into work.
- Adept at reviewing buys, pacing, and reporting, with the ability to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset, bringing autonomy, initiative, adaptability, and teamwork to every task.
Qualifications
- A degree in advertising, media, or communications, or relevant experience at a top-tier agency is a plus.
Skills
- Strong presentation skills, whether in PowerPoint, written strategy, or client-facing conversations.
- Attention to detail in reviewing buys, pacing, and reporting.
- Confidence in presenting complex data and insights to non-expert audiences.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving media landscapes.
- An AI-forward mindset that embraces new tools and innovations.
