About the role

Private Medical has been creating a new category of concierge medicine since 2001 by designing a system that honors the relationship between patients, physicians, and each member of the care team. We are based in California, New York, and Florida and work in concert with our Gynecologist, Naturopathic Medicine Doctor, curated local specialists, elite medical centers, and specialists around the world to provide relationship-focused, evidence-based, longitudinal care to our members/patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Hightly organized, tech-savvy healthcare administrators who thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
• Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and follow through on both immediate and long-term responsibilities.
• Comfortable working in fully digital, EMR-driven systems and demonstrate a proven commitment to delivering outstanding, relationship-focused service.
• The ability to combine professionalism and discretion with critical thinking and operational awareness, enabling them to support both patients and physicians at a concierge standard of care.
