About the role

We are looking for our next cohort of carefully selected Associate Licensed Therapists to join our highly esteemed Associate Licensed Therapist Program at Centered Mind Counseling Services. Our commitment is to provide comprehensive support and preparation to our associate-licensed therapists, ensuring they emerge as some of the most highly skilled newly licensed therapists in Washington State. We are looking for candidates with various areas of interest and specialties.

Responsibilities

• SUPPORT: Weekly individual supervision (with one of our experienced WA State Approved Supervisors)
• Associate Group Supervision: Build connections with other Associates!
• Weekly consultation with our CMCS team of seasoned professionals at our weekly drop-in (virtual) lunch consultations
• Unlimited free online CEUs, plus additional continuing education reimbursements
• Administrative support (including scheduling of clients that specifically match your area of interest and expertise)

Qualifications

Washington State Licensed Associate Mental Health Professional: LMHCA, LMFTA, LSWAIC
