Client Services Associate

Dinamic AS Group is hiring a Client Services Associate to support luxury travel planning, private experiences, itinerary coordination, traveler communication, and premium customer service. This remote role is ideal for someone who ensures accuracy while efficiently moving work forward.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer or client requests related to luxury travel planning, private experiences, itinerary coordination, traveler communication, and premium customer service.
• Review account, service, or request details and document each interaction with complete notes and next steps.
• Resolve routine questions within documented procedures and escalate complex or sensitive cases.
• Follow up on open requests, promised actions, or missing information.
• Use approved resources while adapting communication to the customer’s specific question.
• Meet service-quality, response-time, and documentation expectations.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional, solution-focused approach.
• Comfort learning CRM, ticketing, email, chat, phone, or web-based support workflows.
• Ability to learn service information quickly and explain it clearly.
• Strong documentation and follow-up habits.
• Prior customer-facing experience is helpful, but transferable communication experience may qualify for junior roles.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

$50,500 - $59,500 per year
