How we pay:

  • This is a W2 employee position.
  • The compensation plan is a tiered based compensation plan with a base draw.
  • An estimated income for the first year is calculated to be between $75,000 to $100,000 for a motivated individual.
  • (All of our top salespeople earned over $150,000 + in 2025. How much did you make in 2025?)
  • There is no cap or limit to the income earned.
  • You will be paid on your individual performance!
  • We do not guarantee the estimated income it is up to your Super Star Power.

  • Salespeople who want to work in a commission based sales environment (someone who wants to "earn" a living)
  • Willingness to ask for the sale once the right has been earned (not afraid of "no's")
