About the role

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing John Deere equipment
• Provide technical support and advice on equipment operation and maintenance
• Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Knowledge of John Deere products and industry best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
