About the role
TRULAND Equipment is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. We are a leading John Deere dealership committed to providing exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service and support
- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Perform equipment repairs and maintenance
- Coordinate with local John Deere dealerships for parts and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and industry contacts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of John Deere equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Customer service orientation
- Problem-solving skills

Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Note: This position may require occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
