About the role

TRULAND Equipment is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. We are a leading John Deere dealership committed to providing exceptional customer service and innovative solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to dealers and customers
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
• Collaborate with other departments to support sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a retail or sales environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM systems (optional but preferred)

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
