About the role

The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and eager to learn about agricultural equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and dealerships
• Assist with product demonstrations and sales
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail or customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of John Deere products and services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
