Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service and technical support
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on John Deere equipment
- Manage inventory and assist with sales activities
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with John Deere equipment preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of basic computer operations
- Customer service orientation
