About the role

The role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and assisting with sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory levels and perform stocktaking
• Avoid inventory shrinkage through proper handling and storage
• Assist customers in finding the right equipment solutions
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel as needed
