Field Equipment Service Technician

About the role

Farmer Bros. USA is seeking a Field Equipment Service Technician to join our team in Kent, WA. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing agricultural equipment across various farms.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on tractors, sprayers, and other farm equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance checks to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
• Communicate with farmers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for equipment improvements
• Travel to different farms within a designated area to perform service work

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• At least 2 years of experience in agricultural equipment repair or related field
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex problems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment
• Experience with tractor and sprayer repairs
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
