About the role

Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for John Deere products.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of equipment to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on John Deere product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Passion for agriculture and John Deere products.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Skills
