Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for John Deere products.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of equipment to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on John Deere product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Passion for agriculture and John Deere products.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Skills

• Customer service skills.
• Product knowledge of John Deere equipment.
