About the role

TRULAND Equipment is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. We are a leading John Deere dealership committed to providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support to customers and dealerships
• Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on John Deere products and services
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a retail or sales environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM systems
• Knowledge of John Deere products and services
