About the role

The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and eager to learn about agricultural equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and dealerships
• Assist customers with product information and sales
• Participate in dealer training programs
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of John Deere products and services
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Pay
