Jobsite Safety

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation, and improvement of project safety programs
  • Promote a positive safety culture among all jobsite personnel
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate workplace hazards
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
  • Conduct daily safety guidance, training sessions, and toolbox talks
  • Perform jobsite inspections and recommend corrective actions
  • Investigate incidents and document findings to prevent recurrence
  • Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting

Qualifications

  • Approximately 7 years of construction safety experience
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification
  • OSHA 30
  • One or more of the following safety certifications: Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), Associate Safety Professional (ASP)

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to identify hazards, enforce safety standards, and solve problems in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Self-motivated, organized, able to communicate effectively with field personnel, and capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
