Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and improvement of project safety programs
- Promote a positive safety culture among all jobsite personnel
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate workplace hazards
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Conduct daily safety guidance, training sessions, and toolbox talks
- Perform jobsite inspections and recommend corrective actions
- Investigate incidents and document findings to prevent recurrence
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Approximately 7 years of construction safety experience
- Current First Aid/CPR certification
- OSHA 30
- One or more of the following safety certifications: Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), Associate Safety Professional (ASP)

- Attention to detail
- Able to identify hazards, enforce safety standards, and solve problems in a fast-paced construction environment
- Self-motivated, organized, able to communicate effectively with field personnel, and capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
