About the role

The Jobsite Coordinator (JSCOR) ensures customer projects are delivered on time and in full (OTIF) against the original contract. As the single point of contact, the JSCOR connects Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Yard Operations, and the customer, maintaining a holistic view of performance against contracted scope, schedule, and commercial terms. The role drives Project Execution Excellence by reducing job-execution credits and back charges, preventing scope and price erosion, and improving customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate work across PERI departments (Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Yard Operations) to meet expectations and timelines.

  • Track project milestones, identify schedule risks early, and drive corrective action to prevent customer impact.
  • Maintain a holistic overview of actual performance versus original contract, scope, and customer expectations.
  • Act as the orchestration point between departments and the customer, leading through accountability without direct authority.
  • Resolve departmental risks of missing commitments, escalating with clear options and impact when necessary.
  • Run regular job-status reviews and maintain records of commitments, risks, decisions, and changes for each project.
  • Maintain proactive contact with customers, providing status updates, communicating schedule changes, and resolving issues.
  • Identify scope deviations and negotiate change orders for additional equipment, services, or scope to secure revenue.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction logistics, or customer service operations.
  • Experience in the formwork, scaffolding, or construction industry strongly desired.
  • Prior experience preparing or negotiating change orders preferred.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills to relay information clearly across all levels and stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management, driving results without formal authority.
  • Commercial confidence to identify scope deviations and negotiate/execute change orders independently.
  • Ability to engage customers directly, conveying schedule, scope, and commercial details professionally.
  • Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Suite, and adaptable to new tools.
