Jobsite Administrative Assistant Intern
Job Description
As a Jobsite Administrative Assistant Intern, you will assist the project team in the completion of designated tasks while focusing on learning construction industry processes, procedures, and Ryan business policies.
- Assist project team with administrative needs, including but not limited to:
- greeting visitors and coordinating their presence on site
- accepting and coordinating deliveries
- preparing documents and supplies for meetings
- general organization of materials and documents as required by the team
- Help with project documentation and compliance needs
- General administrative functions
To Be Successful In This Role:
- Must be able to work up to 40 hours a week

- Be comfortable stepping into new situations and developing new relationships
- Have the ability to see tasks and team needs and step in to offer assistance
- Possess strong organizational skills and working towards deadlines
- Communicate clearly orally and in writing
Compensation
The hourly base pay range is $20 - $25 per hour. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or incentive program.
