Looking for a part-time role with a full-time impact? Join INS as a Volunteer Lead and make a real difference to clients, staff and existing volunteers. Integrated Neurological Services (INS) is a well-established and highly regarded charity, based in South West London, offering long-term rehabilitation, education and emotional support to adults with neurological conditions – and volunteers are essential to their ability to offer high-quality service to their clients.

The Volunteer Lead will be responsible for enhancing their current volunteering provision and delivering a comprehensive volunteering programme that supports their service users and staff, and offers meaningful engagement to volunteers. There is scope to be creative and make a significant difference to the service users and local community.

• Promotion of INS volunteering opportunities
• Recruitment, training and supervision of new volunteers
