Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance
- Day-to-day Ranch operations
- Documentation of BRS/OYA requirements
- Review and verification of contractual, licensing and grant requirements
- Regular and systematic review of program documentation
- Follow-through on complete documentation and program reports
- Supervision of livability and maintenance of all Ranch buildings and living environments
- Kitchen oversight and compliance with USDA Food and Nutrition Service regulations
- Emergency procedures and contact information management
- Medication dispensation and documentation
- Communication with case managers, parents, and referral sources
- Facilitation of family mediations and reconciliation
- Evaluation of group and individual counseling skills
- Scheduling of appointments, authorized leaves, Ranch visits, school meetings, and transportation
- Development and implementation of Transitional Service Plans
- Supervision and development of individual Transitional Service Plans and after-care resources
- Coordination and facilitation of site assessments for youth in transition
- Supervision and implementation of ABCR and TCR programs
- Management of personnel and financial operations
- Financial run operations within a balanced budget
- Grant and contract management
- Outreach and liaison roles with various stakeholders
- Annual Horse Show coordination
Requirements
- Knowledge of youth residential care, development strategies, curricula, and philosophies
- Understanding of BRS standards and OYA policies and procedures
- Comprehensive knowledge of ABCR Program model and related support modalities
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and computer skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in program development, residential programs, staff supervision, and multiple project management
- Valid Oregon driver license and CPR/1st Aid certification
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work or closely allied field with 1 year experience working with at-risk youth
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a closely allied field with 3 years’ experience working with at-risk youth
- Two years sex offender specific training and/or treatment work preferred
