Responsibilities
- Coincides the creation and production of sales, marketing materials
- Coincides advertising schedules and placement
- Aids in Public Relations
- Updates database, intranet, and content in relevant programs
- Conducts research and provides suggestions towards solutions
- Serves as an assistant for projects, project management, tracking, and coordination
- Compiles and produces sales and marketing reports
- Tracks, collates, and maintains inventory of marketing materials
- Helps prepare for involvement in community organizations and events
- Manages vendor relationships and provides general guidance and support related to the following marketing services:
- Direct marketing (design services, PURLs & GURLs, list acquisition)
- Online marketing (Website design, copywriting)
- Mobile marketing (mobile websites, QR codes, SMS/MMS, mobile apps)
- Email marketing
- ePublications
- Brand identity
- Collaborates with vendors to resolve end-user problems
Qualifications
- Professional Appearance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Communications
- In-depth understanding of B2B product management and marketing strategies
- Superior presentation and analytical skills
- Collaborative working style
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and direct strategic alliances and vendor relationships
- Consultative sales skills preferred
- One to two years of customer service experience preferred
- One to two years of project management experience
