Responsibilities

• Advising clients in out-of-court and Chapter 11 restructurings.
• Debt and equity financings.
• Distressed M&A advisory services.
• Special-situation principal investing.
• Participating in complex negotiations on behalf of clients.

Qualifications

• A B.A./B.S./B.B.A. in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Applied Economics is required, along with coursework in accounting and finance.
• Candidates should have graduation dates between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Strong financial and computer skills, along with a fundamental understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications, are preferred.
• Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff, possess strong analytical abilities, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

The firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is $100,000 - $120,000. Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
