About the role

The Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager at OneRichmond supports vital work within the Richmond community by identifying, cultivating and securing support from businesses, philanthropists and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate and secure support from businesses, philanthropists and strategic partners to generate income and unlock new opportunities.
• Work closely with the Director, Board and key stakeholders across the public, private and voluntary sectors.
• Build relationships and secure investment, ideally with an understanding of the Richmond borough and its communities.

Requirements

• Experience in partnership, fundraising or business development.
• A strong track record of building relationships and securing investment.
• An understanding of the Richmond borough and its communities is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Skills

• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
