The Horan Foundation is seeking a Grants and Partnership Manager to join our team.

About the role

The Grants and Partnership Manager will be responsible for managing partnerships and grants to support the Horan Foundation's mission. This role requires excellent communication skills, project management abilities, and a deep understanding of international development and humanitarian aid.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders including donors, partners, and beneficiaries.
  • Research and identify potential funding opportunities and manage grant applications.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with donor requirements and reporting standards.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Horan Foundation's initiatives.

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in International Development, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in partnership management and/or grant management.
  • Experience working in international development or humanitarian aid.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategies for partnership and grant management.
  • Knowledge of international development policies and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: €40,000 - €50,000 per annum.

Schedule

Full-time remote position, with occasional travel to Gaziantep, Turkey.
