About the Role
This position supports the Wealth Management division of a financial organization, focusing on fiduciary trust systems. The role involves assisting with client access setup, troubleshooting operational and system issues, and providing first-line support to internal users. It also includes research, coordination, and resolution of complex system problems, ensuring smooth operations across various platforms and tools. Hybrid work schedule with in-office presence expected three days a week.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage client access to systems such as Wealth Portal, Payweb, Stellar, and Wealth Direction, including troubleshooting as needed.
- Coordinate platform setup requests for Advent, Data Aggregators, Insignis, MSCI, and verify coding accuracy to correct errors.
- Research and resolve operational and system issues, escalating tickets and logging them appropriately.
- Process daily reports using IBX and OBI platforms and handle monthly reporting tasks for Wealth Portal.
- Distribute weekly communications, including platform alerts and critical updates.
- Maintain and update SharePoint sites and other relevant documentation.
- Serve as first support contact for internal users, ensuring effective communication with Trust Officers, Portfolio Managers, and staff nationwide.
- Collaborate in testing, implementing system upgrades, and participating in disaster recovery exercises, occasionally during off-hours or weekends.
- Conduct extensive research to resolve complex operational issues across trust-related areas, including Statement Preparation, Wealth Portal, and Wealth Direction.
- Support team members with backup assistance and contribute to special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in business, technology, or a related field; extensive relevant experience may substitute education.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of mobile interfaces, web browsers, system troubleshooting, and client navigation.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in bank operations, trust administration, wealth management, or technology operations.
- Client-first attitude with a strong sense of urgency in resolving issues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with systems such as Wealth Portal, Global Plus, IBX Tools, Salesforce, Cognos, and Wealth Direction.
- Familiarity with platform setup, integration, and common operational tools used in wealth management environments.
Pay
$20–$22 per hour
