Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Manage client accounts, including order processing, inventory management, and billing
- Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through proactive communication and problem-solving
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in client services or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational and analytical skills

Pay
Salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
This role offers a flexible schedule with the option to work remotely up to 50% of the time.
