Client Services Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client services account owner for assigned clients
• Partner with Sales Account Director for coordinated client management
• Manage end-to-end project delivery including timelines and deliverables
• Execute client service tasks such as searches, workspace setup, and AI-assisted reviews
• Advises attorneys on integrating platform capabilities with case strategies
• Collaborates with Data Services to define data requirements
• Identifies and resolves technical or workflow issues, escalating as needed
• Documents case status and maintains continuity during transitions
• Develops deep expertise in the platform and shares product feedback
• Contributes to internal documentation and thought leadership on AI in litigation

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years in client-facing roles within legal tech, litigation support, or professional services
• Background as an attorney, paralegal, or litigation support professional
• Proven ownership of complete case delivery processes
• Hands-on experience with eDiscovery platforms like Relativity or Everlaw; certification preferred
• Proficiency with project management and CRM tools such as Monday and HubSpot
• Strong understanding of litigation workflows and operational discipline
• Ability to communicate clearly and maintain composure under pressure

Pay

Pay Range and Compensation Package: $140,000—$150,000 USD annually
