Client Services Specialist

About the role

Our Client Services Specialists are not a call center, but rather highly trained resources for our global clientele. Upon joining, you'll receive extensive training to become a high-impact client resource.

Responsibilities

• React swiftly and competently to inbound sales opportunities and actively address client needs.
• Manage online orders and provide every customer with accurate and exceptional service, closing out their experience with prompt follow-up.
• Obtain Gear Expert® level knowledge of product lines and internal procedures.
• Participate in ongoing procedural and product training sessions to ensure effective and efficient customer service.
• Provide customer feedback to internal parties, continually improving our approach to excellence.

Requirements

• Fluency with technology.
• Excellent personal, as well as written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
