About the Role
We are seeking a Radiologist with Mammography and light Interventional Radiology (IR) experience for a flexible locum assignment in Montana. The role offers a balanced mix of diagnostic imaging and light procedures, with IR responsibilities based on provider comfort level.
Schedule
- Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No weekends or call; enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with no after-hours responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Provide radiology services for a wide range of imaging studies
- Perform image-guided procedures including:
- Biopsies and drainages (ultrasound and CT-guided)
- Lumbar punctures (LPs)
- Myelograms
- Thoracentesis
- Paracentesis
- Arthrograms
- Joint aspirations and injections
Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Radiology
- Active Montana medical license
- Hologic-specific tomographic training is highly preferred, particularly for mammography services
- MQSA certification required
EMR: Meditech Expanse is utilized throughout the hospital for seamless patient management and documentation.
