Job description shop manager at Fornet; 40 hours p/week

About the role

As a shop manager at Fornet, you are responsible for creating happy customers by managing all customer-facing tasks and supporting the production team. Your goal is to ensure high ratings on Google and possibly increase your rating by one percentile point.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processes to ensure smooth operations and meet agreed deadlines with high-end customers.
• Grow your knowledge of Fornet's operations and prepare for potential management roles as the company expands.
• Switch shifts with team members to accommodate your schedule.

Qualifications

• A healthy dose of enthusiasm and motivation to make customers happy.
• Problem-solving skills; you view challenges as opportunities to innovate.
• A hands-on approach; you are comfortable getting your hands dirty.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is beneficial but not mandatory.
• MBO-4 level education or equivalent.
• No prior experience with cleaning is necessary; a training program will be provided.

Pay

Gross wage: €15.45 per hour
Vacation allowance: 8.33% of gross wage

Schedule

Shifts are 5 hours long, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 1 pm and 1 pm to 6 pm. Public transport or cycling to the Zuidas in Amsterdam (Claude Debussylaan 5a) is recommended due to limited parking and high costs.
