The role of Job Coach, Supported Employment is designed to support individuals with disabilities in finding and maintaining employment. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to creating inclusive work environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess individual needs and develop personalized employment plans
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the job search process
• Facilitate job placement and assist with onboarding
• Monitor client progress and adjust strategies as necessary
• Collaborate with employers to ensure a positive workplace environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Knowledge of employment services and resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and employers
• Understanding of disability rights and employment laws
