Job Coach
for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content.
We have content: About Our Organization (description). About this Position (description). Responsibilities? The posting includes "Supporting clients with: ..." list. That's responsibilities. Also "Must have excellent organizational, communication, computer, teaching, and problem-solving skills." That's qualifications/skills. Also "Qualifications:" list.
Schedule: given.
Pay: "$25.01 per hour."
Benefits: listed.
Locations: maybe not a heading; we can fold into a paragraph.
We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Remove.
We need to preserve all substantive info.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll produce something like:

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should follow those examples. However we can also use About the Organization and About the Position as headings; they are not in the list but likely acceptable. The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests those are examples; we can use others if needed. But to be safe, we could map content to those headings: About the role (instead of About the Organization/Position). But we have two descriptive paragraphs; we could combine them under About the role. However we must not repeat job title as heading. "About the role" is fine.
We need to include all substantive info. Let's try to fit into the suggested headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We have:
- About the role: combine About Our Organization and About this Position (maybe also location and driver's license). We'll put that in a
. - Responsibilities: the list of supporting clients. - Requirements: maybe the qualifications list? But we also have Qualifications heading separate. The instruction includes both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We could treat Requirements as the mandatory items (high school diploma, driver's license, etc.) and Qualifications as preferred/experience. But we can also just use Qualifications for all qualifications and skip Requirements if not needed. However we should include a section only when posting has real specific content. We have qualifications list; we can put that under Qualifications. We could also have Requirements for things like "Must have excellent organizational, communication, computer, teaching, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and independently." That's more skills. But we have Skills heading. Better to follow the examples: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Let's assign: - About the role: description of organization and position. - Responsibilities: list of supporting clients. - Requirements: mandatory items: High school diploma or equivalent, Possession of a valid California driver's license, a driving record that meets agency standards, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle, Must have excellent organizational, communication, computer, teaching, and problem-solving skills, Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and independently. - Qualifications: preferred/experience: Experience working in human services, non-profit, social work is a plus, Committed to philosophy, Self-motivated, etc. But we already included some in Requirements. Might duplicate. Could split differently: Requirements = mandatory (HS diploma, driver's license, etc.) Qualifications = preferred (experience, commitment, etc.) Skills = organizational, communication, etc. But we have overlapping. Let's think: The posting says "Must have excellent organizational, communication, computer, teaching, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and independently." That's a requirement/skill. Also "Qualifications:" list includes HS diploma, experience, commitment, excellent organizational, communication, problem solving skills, self-motivated. Thus we can treat: - Requirements: HS diploma or equivalent, valid CA driver's license, driving record meeting standards, auto insurance, access to vehicle. - Qualifications: Experience in human services etc., commitment to philosophy, excellent organizational, communication, problem solving skills, self-motivated, able to work team/independently. - Skills: maybe computer, teaching? But we already covered. Alternatively, we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one Qualifications section and skip Requirements. But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having many sections may be thin. Let's aim for about 5-6 sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That covers all. We can put the mandatory driver's license etc. inside Qualifications or About the role. Let's put them in Qualifications. Thus sections:
