Job Captain (3-5 years experience)

About the role

Evan Raabe Architecture Studio is looking for a motivated, curious, and energetic architect-in-training to join their rapidly growing team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of Revit experience, working on both renovation projects and new constructions. The role involves assisting the Project Manager / Architect in coordinating plans with consultants, government agencies, and other third-party professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating plans with consultants, government agencies, and other third-party professionals
• Take pride in their work and be excited to contribute to the shaping of an emerging company
• Work on a variety of project types including adaptive reuse, office, hospitality, food service, and automotive technology

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Revit experience
• Experience in both renovation work and ground-up construction
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Enscape
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in architecture or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
