About the role

This position will coordinate the technical development of projects, guide production teams, and help deliver complete, accurate construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the technical development of projects
• Guide production teams
• Help deliver complete, accurate construction documents
• Work independently
• Resolve complex technical issues
• Cook up consultant coordination
• Provide clear direction to other team members

Requirements

• At least eight years of professional architectural experience
• Three to five years of experience supporting projects from schematic design through construction administration
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and Bluebeam
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, building codes, and construction methods

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture, preferred
• Architectural licensure, preferred but not required
