Job Architecture Analyst - Contractor

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cleanse large datasets (Excel/HRIS) to support architecture design and implementation
• Document job architecture frameworks, leveling guides, and governance processes
• Support implementation activities, including mapping existing roles to the new structure
• Build and maintain Excel models (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data validation) to support decision-making
• Support cross-functional projects by organizing data, tracking progress, and ensuring data accuracy
• Develop reports, dashboards, and summaries for stakeholders
• Document processes, methodologies, and findings clearly for future use
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights across workforce data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience in job architecture, or a strong background in business operations and data analysis
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into structured frameworks
• Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay

• Hiring Range in USD: $83,000 - $166,100 per year
• May be eligible for bonus and equity
