Description
Our group focuses on ensuring the most accurate contracts possible, impacting various business units like billing, portfolio, implementation, revenue recognition, and sales compensation. We handle MMS Dispensing RISCC/TIE Tier II contracts, starting as a pilot team and now managing them exclusively.
Accountabilities And Essential Responsibilities
- Support MMS Dispensing RISCC/TIE Tier II by processing requests, monitoring queues, providing product knowledge, managing assets, and ensuring quote and contract accuracy.
- Collaborate with MMS Dispensing Sales team to ensure the complete contract process from signed quotations to implementation schedules, including financial approvals and accounting reserves.
- Interact with MMS Dispensing Sales, Implementation, and Contracts teams to manage and ensure accurate commitments, track contract activities, and report status.
- Manage and prioritize work within your queue to meet department service and turnaround standards, and participate in goal-setting and completion.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of system and transactional procedures, product offerings, policies, and procedures, and provide pre-deal support for contract requests.
- Communicate with field teams on contract-related matters and advise on implementation of contracting and pricing strategies.
- Ensure appropriate contract reviews and approvals are in place, liaise with various departments as needed, and coordinate post-deal activities.
- Drive implementation of contracting and billing strategies, and advise on potential new solutions to complex system and deal strategies.
- Ensure risk mitigation and regulation compliance across all business offerings before transactions.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent business experience) is required.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Quoting or Contracting for Capital leases is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ECC modules, and Customer Relationship Management software such as Salesforce and SAP is preferred.
- The ability to communicate effectively at all business levels, manage complex tasks, and make independent recommendations is essential.
- A general understanding of commercial contract processes, including strategy development, pricing, product technology, quoting, and policy creation is beneficial.
- Proven ability to quickly establish credibility, trust, and support within the organization is necessary.
- Strong customer-centric skills, able to negotiate and adapt to business needs while protecting BD interests, are required.
- The ability to build relationships and partnerships with sales teams and communicate RISCC expectations is crucial.
- The ability to communicate effectively with pre and post-deal teams to address any questions or issues is necessary.
