Responsibilities

  • Provide reception and orientation support for international, exchange, and exiled students
  • Accompany students through enrollment procedures for DEUF and DU Passerelle programs through drop-in hours, group workshops, or individual appointments
  • Support international and exiled students with daily administrative procedures including:
    • Compiling a Social Student File (Dossier Social Étudiant)
    • Housing search
    • Scholarship and specific aid applications
    • Residence permit renewals
    • CAF (family allowance) procedures
  • Support exiled students through application procedures:
    • Training in collaboration with CIDO, DRI, and partner associations on the various application pathways for exiled students
    • Organizing group workshops to guide students through application procedures: DAP / Parcoursup / Ecandidat / Mon Master / adapted admission requests
    • Conducting individual interviews to support students through their applications
    • Facilitating connections between exiled students, academic departments, and other university services
  • Lead methodological tutoring sessions (familiarization with the university environment)
  • Refer students to health, inclusion/disability, and prevention (sexual violence) services

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of university operations, services, and tools
  • Knowledge of various administrative procedures and related platforms (enrollment portal, CROUS, CAF, ANEF, etc.)
  • Knowledge of prefecture procedures for foreign students
  • Knowledge of various application platforms in higher education
  • Mastery of English (C1); knowledge of another language appreciated
  • Intercultural communication skills
  • Proficiency in office tools, communication techniques, and document preparation
  • Good written and oral expression, listening skills, and discretion
  • Organization and autonomy
  • Initiative and creativity

Schedule & Commitment

  • Start date: from August 31, 2026
  • Reception desk availability required
  • Availability several times per week for administrative support appointments
  • 5 to 10 hours per week (more concentrated during enrollment periods)
  • Approximately 200 hours total (100 hours per semester)
