About the Role

Jinny’s Music Studio is a professional recording, performance, education, and event space serving musicians, teachers, students, families, and creative professionals throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. We are seeking an experienced digital marketing consultant who can develop a strong strategy to turn our website, social media, and existing content into a measurable and scalable client-acquisition system. This position is specifically focused on digital growth, with responsibilities including website conversion, social media, digital campaigns, SEO, content strategy, and lead generation.

Engagement Details

• Engagement: Independent Contractor (1099)
• Location: San Jose, CA / Remote with occasional on-site content creation
• Compensation: 20% commission on qualifying collected revenue
• This is a commission-only consulting opportunity with no hourly wage or guaranteed base compensation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strong digital marketing strategy to turn the website, social media, and existing content into a measurable client-acquisition system
• Drive website conversion, social media growth, digital campaigns, SEO, content strategy, and lead generation
• Create and implement strategies without daily supervision
• Track and attribute new customers using documented, trackable methods

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience producing measurable revenue or qualified leads through digital marketing
• Strong experience with Wix websites, landing pages, conversion optimization, and SEO
• Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, or comparable platforms
• Ability to create a strategy and execute it without daily supervision
• Strong understanding of analytics, attribution, campaign testing, and conversion funnels
• Excellent written communication and brand storytelling skills
• A portfolio or case studies showing specific business results
• An established freelance, consulting, or agency practice
• Ability to manage your own schedule, equipment, software, taxes, and business expenses
• Permission and ability to provide services to multiple clients

Preferred Experience

• Marketing music, performing arts, education, luxury services, event venues, local businesses, or professional creative services
• Reaching Bay Area families, music teachers, or audiences on platforms such as RedNote or WeChat

Compensation

• The consultant will receive 20% of qualifying revenue actually collected from new clients directly attributable to the consultant’s efforts
• Compensation is uncapped and documented through various trackable methods
• This is a commission-only opportunity with no hourly wage or guaranteed minimum compensation
• Earnings depend on measurable results and collected client revenue

• $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
